Summer Time Sadness - Summer Wishlist
Gooooood afternoon! Over the past few days it has been so sunny here in Scotland and actually really warm so it has totally been getting me in the mood for Summer!!!
Summer is definitely my favourite season of the year as I just love wakening up with the sun shining through the curtains and love sitting out in it catching some rays!
The one thing that I love most about it is wearing Summery clothes so I thought why not make a wish list with some summary items that I want for this Summer :)

Perfect Party Dresses

As it's *sings* the holiday season I decided to put together a few dresses that are perfect for any party you might have planned for Christmas whether it might be a works night out, a meal or even just to wear on Christmas day if you're one for getting dress up. Above are a few dresses I came across that I think are perfect.

Nail Polish Haul
Hello! I hope you have all had a lovely Monday and it's not been too much of a drag for you. Over the past few weeks my work (Tesco) have been reducing some of the make-up as they are getting rid of the old stuff to make room for new make-up. Do you want the good or bad news first? Okay I'll give you the bad news first.
The bad news is that the BarryM make-up stand is being replaced *tear starts to roll down cheek*. The good news is all the BarryM make-up including nail polishes were all reduced!! I went freaking crazy when I noticed it!! All gelly, matte, silk and the aquamarine polishes were all down to £1.99 each and all nail paint, glitters, top coats and base coats were all down to £1.49, with the odd ones at only 74p! I couldn't believe my eye balls! So I did go a bit crazy and bought a lot but it wasn't all at once.
From left to right:
- Raspberry
- Berry
- Strawberry
- Blue Moon
- Aqua Glitter
- Pink Saphire
From left to right:
- Espresso
- Miami
- Copa Cobana
- Waikiki
- Malibu
From left to right:
- Plum
- Passion Fruit
- Blueberry
- Lychee
From left to right:
- Pacific
- Mediterranean
I also had a quick look in TK Maxx to see if they had any bargains and I managed to get two Ciaté nail polishes reduced to only £2.00! The pink one only has a spillage of another nail polish on it's bow and I don't know what's wrong with the green one. The green one is very bright but since it was around Halloween at the time I thought it was very appropriate and for £2.00 it's a bargain! The only annoying thing is the labels are stuck on and I can't get them off properly but never mind :).

A Girl Can Dream...

- TopShop Faux Fur Leather Jacket - £58.00
- Blue V Neck Backless Flare Dress - £21.00
- Pandora March Birthstone Earrings - £45.00
- Bikini So Teeny Essie Nail Polish - £7.99
- Black Mini Structured Tote Bag - £30.00
- Black Chunky Cut Out Boots - £30.00
I absolutely love everything in this wish list! I've asked for the leather jacket for my Christmas as I have a thing for them and love them and when they have a fur colour I fall even more in love with them! This one is the same as my other leather jacket with the white fur colour but I need it in black!!! I hope you're reading this Santa :P I've also just realised that this wish list is very similar to that one haha!
I'm sure I've included the earrings in another one as well but I still want them :( I have the ring so need to matching earrings duh! Haha! As for the dress oh.my.god! This is just gorgeous and it's from Amazon and only £21.00!!! It looks really good quality but who knows if it actually is. It also comes in black, baby pink and white which are all gorgeous! I would probably get it in all colours haha! Unfortunately, as it's low cut I don't think it would look good on me as I'm not very busty so don't have the boobs for it :( Oh well.
The bag and boots are just a must have for this time of year! I've wanted these boots for a long time but they are quite expensive so these ones from New Look aren't too expensive and look very similar apart from they don't have the gold detailing.
To finish off the outfit this nail polish from Essie is just gorgeous and goes so well with the dress!

Things I Can't Afford Wishlist

So here goes me torturing myself by making a wish list of things I can't afford haha! I thought it would be quite fun shopping for things and pretending I was buying them and then turned it into a wish list haha!
UGG Boots - These are soooo cute! My fave shoe of all time has got to be UGG boots! I loooooove them! They are so comfy and cosy....I wear them all year round and I don't care! I already have two pairs of UGGs and a pair of slippers but can't bring myself to buy another pair. I love the colour of these and the bow on the back is just adorable.
Michael Korrs Bag - I love Michael Korrs bags but they are so expensive and I can't justify buying one. I love this one as it's big, comes with an over the shoulder strap so you can carry it multiple ways. I also like how it's just plain black so would go with anything....*sigh*.
Mulberry Purse - This is gorgeous! The colour of it is amazing, such a strong red! I love the little bow on the front of it and the gold plate which has the little Mulberry tree on it. It is so simple and just so nice....the price however is not so nice.....*double sigh*.
Christian Louboutin Nail Polish "The Pops" - I'll just start by saying that no I would never spend £31 ($50) on a nail polish because come on, that's ridiculous but a girl can dream! I love the packaging and I guess that's what you're paying for. Just imagine having all of the colours on a shelf in your bedroom....that would look amazing! These two colours were my fave out of all of them.
Michael Korrs Watch - I'm not really a big watch person but lately I've been trying to wear one more often so a nice MK watch would be lovely. This one is really nice so I wouldn't mind it....please santa?
iMac - One day. One day I will have this :P I just recently bought a MacBook Pro so I am very lucky to have that. It was a toss up between the two to be honest but since I was moving in with my bf and his house isn't the biggest of houses and he already has a PC there was no space for me to buy my own desk to put an iMac on so I settled for a MacBook instead....which I LOVE!!! I just think the iMac looks great.
I hope you liked this wish list as it's a bit different :) xoxo

Lush Rayban Sunglasses

Hey guys! Sorry it's been a while since I've last posted I'm sorry! I wanted to share with you my sexy new Raybans that I recently purchased! I've already got a pair as I've blogged about before and was soooo happy with them! If you haven't read that post then I'll quickly explain that I work for Tesco Opticians which are selling Rayban sunglasses at only £90 each and I believe they are cheaper than anywhere else including Duty Free at airports! I was super lucky to get them for just £66.50! I get 10% discount with my staff discount card and this month with my wage slip there was a £10 off voucher for the opticians and then I had a random £4.50 clubcard voucher.
If it wasn't for all those discounts I don't think I would've purchased another pair as I do think one pair is enough. I kept talking myself out of buying them but I just loved them so much! I mean, look at them....I honestly feel like a Kardashian when I'm wearing them haha! Also whenever someone went to pick them up and try them on I just kept saying "nooooooo they're mine" in my head hahaha! So yeah I bought them and I do not regret it!
This style doesn't have a name but the number on side is RB4178 601/8G 3N if that helps incase anyone is interested :P They are so comfy and the tint is just the right darkness. And also look how gorgeous the case is! Love the colours.
Not all Tesco Opticians stock the same Raybans as it's just a mixed stock they get but you never know!
Here's my sexy face modelling them haha!
Do you own a pair? Let me seeeee!! xoxo

New Look Wish List

1. Black Crepe Wrap Shorts - £17.99. These are so nice and come in lots of different colours...I want them all!
2. Mint Green Lace Panel Cut Out Back Playsuit - £27.99. This is such a nice playsuit and the back is lovely with the lace. Great for the price too!
3. Neon Pink Lace Mesh Trim Push Up Bra - £9.99. Amazing pink lace bra which also comes in a neon aqua blue.
4. Pink Block Heel Jelly Sandals - £14.99. I think these sandals look so cute but I don't think I could pull them off! I'll just keep wishing for a pair as I can't see me buying these. Price is so cheap!
5. Kelly Brook Dark Pink Nail Polish - £2.99. Kelly Brook has her own clothing line in New Look (bras being the main product) and she also does nail polishes. I've had my eyes on these for a while so might just have to cave and try one! This colour is gorge!
6. Light Grey Strappy Peep Toe Platform Wedges - £19.99. I love wearing wedges ever since I tried some and would never go back to wearing a heel. On nights out ALWAYS end up complaining of sore feet which ends up cutting the night short and going home. These would be perfect as they are not high at all but still look amazing! These also come in black...I need these!!
7. Pink Mini Sports Watch - £9.99. I have this watch in Mint Green and love it! I've heard they do lots of colours but I could only find this pink one. I wouldn't say it was a "sports" watch though.
Hope you enjoyed

Ray Ban Sunglasses

As it's now beginning to get a lot sunnier here in Scotland and warmer I thought it was time to invest in a new pair of sunglasses....a good pair. I love sunglasses and love getting the chance to wear them. Tesco Opticians (where I work) have just recently got a new range of Ray Bans in and it's such a great selection this time! Since I work in the opticians I had the advantage of seeing what ones were going out on sale and when I saw these ones I didn't even put them out! I was like "I'm having these!!" haha! The benefits of working in a spec shop :P.
Ray Bans are so expensive and can range from £100-£190 so I've been told but Tesco are apparently the cheapest at just £90! I believe that's still cheaper than Duty Free at the airports. I actually got mine for £81 since I get 10% staff discount so I can't complain :D I've always wanted a pair of Ray Bans and I still thought even £90 was still really expensive for a pair of sunglasses but I really thought about it and know that I'll take care of them and not let them get ruined or lost.....fingers crossed!!

These ones are gorge! They are round matt tortoise shell with a brown tint and look amazing on and they fit perfectly. They only needed a slight adjustment which was great whereas all the other kinds such as Wayfarers and Aviators are all too big for my face and just slide down my face no matter how many times I adjust them. I'm not sure what the name of these ones are but on the leg it says Erica. They also come in black and purple as far as I know of and are both matt as well. If you are interested in getting a pair of Ray Bans I would head to your nearest Tesco that has an Opticians and get them while you can because I know they are gonna sell out really fast! I've sold quite a few in the last 2 weeks so yeah get them while you can! :D
xoxo

BarryM Silk Nail Polish Colletion
Happy Friday everyone! :D Instead of packing I did a bit of shopping.....oops! I went into Superdrug and went straight the the BarryM cabinet which I knew was going to be a bad idea. They had a deal on as usual which was buy any 2 nail polishes from the £3.99 range and get them both for £6.00. I would have preferred their usual 3 for 2 deal as I could have got the whole silk collection but I just couldn't bring myself to buying all 6 of them so went for the 4 that stood out the most to me. I know this post has been done by loads of bloggers but I thought I'd share my opinions on them :)
I went for:

Blossom Pearl

Heather Mist
Each of these colours are gorrrrrgeous! I found it so difficult to choose my 4 but I'm so happy with my choices! My favourite has got to be Pearl. It's a gorgeous white. I went for this because I don't have a while polish and I love the finish of this. It reminds me of a wedding. I think I would use this for an accent nail and pair it one of the other colours. As for the other colours I love pastel colours so these are just absolutely gorgeous to me!
Have you tried any of these colours or the other two from the collection? Let me know what you think of them :) xoxo

March Glossy Box 2014 - Beauty Blossom Edition

I'm just gonna start off this post with I think this months glossy box is rubbish! :( Sooooo disappointed! After a great box last month this one is so so poor! I got 2 perfume samples which I think shouldn't count as a product and I also received 2 make up items which I don't use as I don't wear make up!!! I don't see why we have to fill out the survey to find out what we like and don't like and then they end up sending totally opposite things! Ugh I am annoyed.....anyway here's what's in the box this month.
Mitchell and Peach - Body Cream
"With English honey, organic cocoa, vitamin B5 and shea butter, this Mitchell and Peach body cream is perfect to leave you feeling as though you've taken a walk in the English countryside".
This is probably the only thing I like in the box. It smells soooo nice and the ingredients sound amazing so I'm excited to give this a try...my skin has been so so dry recently so maybe this will make it nice and smooth :).
Application - "Apply liberally after showering to leave your skin feeling soft and smelling beautiful".
Full size - £36.00 for 180ml Shop at - www.mitchellandpeach.com
Sleek MakeUP - Pout Polish
"Strike a stunning selfie with Pout Polish by Sleek. This tinted balm is full of nourishment, and with SPF15, almond oil, shea butter and vitamin E, it will leave your pout looking perfect".
I've received the Pout Paints from Sleek before and didn't like them as they were very "in your face" and quite messy but this doesn't seem to be as bad. I did just give it a try and it's not as noticeable which is good for me as I don't like a colour on my lips. I think I'll give this a chance and then decide if I like it or not but yeah....wasn't exactly excited to see this but don't get me wrong...the colour is gorge, I got a pinky purple colour.
Application - "A little goes a long way, so use a small amount on the edge of your finger or lip brush for the best results".
Full size - £4.49 for 10g Shop at - www.sleekmakeup.com
Bellápierre Cosmetics Ltd - Shimmer Powders
"This 100% pure Mica shimmering eye shadow will provide you with a long lasting vibrant colour without smearing, creasing or fading".
Not impressed with this at all. Such a waste :( Who knows.....I might have a giveaway soon and include some of the products that I don't use in it :).
Application - "This powder is the ultimate multi-use product. As well as an eye shadow, it can be mixed into blusher, nail polish or lip gloss to create your own custom make-up! Check out Bellápierre's website for further uses and application techniques".
Full size - £12.99 for 2.35g Shop at - www.bellepierre.co.uk
Juicy Couture - Malibu Collection
"Meet us in Malibu with Juicy Couture's Malibu Collection! This fragrance blends the spirit of carefree Cali with Glam LA and we love it!".
Okay....so these do smell reallllly good but still think it's bad that I got 2!!!
Application - "Spritz on for scent of sparkling fruit and sensuous blossoms".
Full size - £47.00 for 75ml Shop at - www.debenhams.com/beauty/juicy-
Dove Hair Therapy - Intensive Repair 60 Second Treatment Shot
"Now you don't have to choose between beauty and hair care with this intensive treatment! It's the perfect pick-me-up for haircare in a hurry and you can even take it on holiday to revive damaged hair from the sun".
I will use this for def as my hair is in a not so good condition so wont let this go to waste but it's still a bit meh!
Application - "Use after shampooing for 60 seconds, avoiding the roots and rinse out for beautifully soft, strong hair with a keratin boost!".
Full size - £1.49 for 15ml Shop at - www.sainsburys.co.uk or instore at Superdrug.
Yeah so that's what I got. Were you happy with your box or were you disappointed as well? I keep saying this every time I get a rubbish box that I'm gonna see what next months is like cause I can't bring myself to cancel! Hahaha! Oh! And another thing I wasn't happy about.....they changed their delivery service which I think is worse now! I used to get my box the day after dispatch day at around 9am every morning which was excellent service I thought but now that most people have complained they weren't receiving their boxes as quick they've now changed the mailing service to Royal Mail which delays it for me now :( Look at me getting all grumpy....better go haha! Thanks for reading dolls! xoxo

TAG - Blog Your Heart Out
Hello! Hope your Monday has been a good one! The gorgeous Corrie over at corriearnold.blogspot.co.uk has tagged me in the "Blog your heart out" tag so here I go :).
1. Who/what encouraged you to start blogging?
For the past 5 years I have been a big fan of Shaytards on YouTube which then has lead me to watching videos by beauty gurus such as Zoella, ThatsHeart, Tanya Burr etc. Since watching these amazing people I have taken a great interest in the YouTube world but I don't have the confidence to make videos. I came across Tumblr one day and started posting pictures and things that I found interesting. I loved doing this but still didn't find it was the right place to be for a more serious blog. This is when a friend of mine introduced me to Blogger and Bloglovin and here I am today :).
2. How did you choose what topics to blog about?
I obviously try to choose things to blog about which I think people would like to read about but of course I wanted to make sure it was something that I would want to write about. I do like the beauty side to it but since I don't wear make up and wouldn't know the first thing about it I try to stick to more nail polish and other beauty related things. I just try to blog about anything really and try to look at it from my point of view - would I want to read this? Does that make sense?
3. What is something most people don't know about me?
This is actually a hard question because I can't think of anything :( I guess being a blogger is one of them? I've not really told my friends and family about me being a blogger apart from my boyfriend. I'm not sure why I haven't, maybe because I don't want them reading it and thinking I'm a noob (haha) however my boyfriend is so supportive of it and I love that!
4. What three words describe your style?
Ermm again I'm not too sure....trendy, quirky annnnnnnd girly? haha I'm sorry I'm so bad at this!
5. What do you love to do when you are not blogging?
I love to dance! I have done since I was very young. I love spending time with my friends and boyfriend. Going to the cinema is also a fave of mine!
Did I do okay? Haha I'm not very good at tags :P I tag:
Annie - anniewritesbeauty.blogspot.co.uk
Daisy - daisydaisyxxo.blogspot.co.uk
Ellis - ellistuesday.com
Melissa - theinkedblonde.blogspot.co.uk
Let me know when you've done yours! :) xoxo

Just for £5! - Pink dress and Black Suede Wedges

Okay can I just say that I think I love this website! Just For Five Pounds have done it again for me as I have found this amazing dress and these amazing shoes at just £5 each! That's cray cray! This dress is so me! Skater dresses are my favourite style of dress as I find them to be so flattering and I love cut out detail! The bottom part of the dress is a gorgeous light pink colour which reminds me of a Ballet tutu and I like the black on the top. On to the shoes......these are amazing!!! I loooooooove the gold trimming around them and I like how they look easy to walk in as they have the platform! I love wedges and I don't think I'll ever go back to wearing heels as I've got used to walking in wedges. These are just gorgeous!
Have you been on the Just For Five Pounds website recently and found anything that's caught your eye? Let me know as you all know, I love a good bargain! xoxo

Daisy Jumper/Big News!

Before I start I just want to say that I have just this second hit 200 followers! Thank you so so much!! I have a special announcement to make next Wednesday so keep and eye out for that *cough* GIVEAWAY*cough* haha!
So it's Wednesday which means it's almost Fridayyyy! I hope you're all having a nice week so far unlike myself who has been off work today full of the cold! I never get the cold so when I do I feel awfully sorry for myself haha! So as it's random post day I thought I'd do a quick one on this amazing jumper I finally found! I don't know if any of you would remember but I did a post way back at the beginning when I started my blog on a pink daisy jumper and I couldn't find it any where! I still haven't been able to find that exact one but have found it in black! I got it from www.maryjanefashion.com which is a website that I'd never heard of before but when I saw this on there and for only £8.99!!! I just had to grab it! Also they do free shipping...amazeballs! This had a label beside it on the website saying "bloggers favourite" and I can see why! I tried it on and it's so cosy! Can't wait to wear it for real!
xoxo
