Easy Christmas Nails

I wanted to share with you my favourite Christmassy nails I like to do every year and is very quick and easy to do. You don't need any nail art pens or anything like that, all you need is a red nail polish and a gold glitter polish.
This year I've chosen to go with 'Mistress' by Ciaté and 'Hair Band' by Orly. You can choose which ever brands you like and whether you prefer a bright red or a dark red is entirely up to you. You don't even have to go with red you can choose another Christmassy colour such as a dark green and maybe a silver glitter.
So all you need to do is paint your nails with the colour that you've chosen for your base and apply as many coats as needed. Once dry, apply you glitter nail polish on top. I like to make them quite glittery so applied quite a lot. And that's it....haha! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
I just think they look absolutely gorgeous for this time of year and I always get compliments on them so that's why I wanted to share them with you lovely people!
To finish off I would spray Primark's Nail Polish Fast Dry Spray onto them to give them some shine and of course to help them dry quicker.

If you attempt these I would love to see you pictures! You can tag me on instagram if you upload them there...my user name is @bambigemgem.

Magazine Freebie #4

Hey peeps! This months freebie is from the July edition of Marie Claire featuring the gorgeous Abbey Clancy. This magazine contains a Cîate mini nail polish set worth £10! The magazine itself is only £2.50!! Another amazing bargain! I love the cîate nail polishes but are in with the more expensive nail polishes that I would buy unless they were on offer.
The comes with one coloured polish and the other one has the little beads where after you've used the coloured one you dip your nail in the beads and it creates a gorrrrgeous look.
I've never tried the beads before so can't wait to give them a go! It's gonna be messy though!

On the back of the mag it had all the colours you can get but these 2 sets were the only ones left in the Tesco I was in and to be honest I feel very lucky to get the purple one as it's soooooo pretty!!
Colours from left to right are:
  • Ice Queen
  • Sugar Plum
  • Teardrop Treasure
  • Ivory Queen.
I love doing these posts because I find something so good I just can't wait to share it with you!
xoxo

Just for £5! - Pink dress and Black Suede Wedges

Okay can I just say that I think I love this website! Just For Five Pounds have done it again for me as I have found this amazing dress and these amazing shoes at just £5 each! That's cray cray! This dress is so me! Skater dresses are my favourite style of dress as I find them to be so flattering and I love cut out detail! The bottom part of the dress is a gorgeous light pink colour which reminds me of a Ballet tutu and I like the black on the top. On to the shoes......these are amazing!!! I loooooooove the gold trimming around them and I like how they look easy to walk in as they have the platform! I love wedges and I don't think I'll ever go back to wearing heels as I've got used to walking in wedges. These are just gorgeous!

Have you been on the Just For Five Pounds website recently and found anything that's caught your eye? Let me know as you all know, I love a good bargain! xoxo

Katy Perry - Killer Queen Gift Set

In my October Glossybox I received a sample of Katy Perry's new perfume Killer Queen. I fell in love with it straight away, it smells amazing! I asked for it for my Christmas from my sister and she got me the gift set which contains a 30ml bottle of the perfume itself, a body lotion and a shower gel which are both 75ml. I can't really describe the smell of the perfume as I am totally rubbish at describing scents but trust me it smells soooo good! I am already half way through the bottle so I need to get me some more and stock up!
You can get this pretty much anywhere such as Superdrug, Boots, The Perfume Shop and online! The cheapest I've found this gift set is from allbeauty.com at £16.50 which is great! For the 100ml bottle they have it at only £25.95 which is such a bargain! Imma buy it! :P
What perfume are you loving at the moment? xoxo

Topshop Wish List

Beautysets - Topshop Wish List

Hello my lovelies! I'm starting off the week with another wish list post. I love doing these because it's basically shopping online for things you can't afford at the moment which I suppose isn't the part I like about it but I love putting outfits together. I don't normally shop in Topshop as I think everything is very overpriced but I've found some things I really want!

  1. Fur Collar Leather Jacket - So I actually I have to admit that I have this jacket already so technically I don't "wish" for this item but I love it so much I thought it looked amaze with this outfit. My friend wore this jacket to a party we were at and I fell in love with it right away! She told me she got it in the sale in Topshop so I thought right away there was no chance of me getting one. Later on in January I was in town shopping as I had a gift card for Topshop that I had to spend. I went to the sale section right away and couldn't believe it when I saw this jacket...there was loads of them left! I had to get it! It was reduced to £45 which is really good for a leather jacket and I looooove the white fur around the collar. My gift card was for £30 so I only paid £15 towards it...BARGAIN!
  2. Pink Playsuit - Let's just take a moment to look at how GORGEOUS this playsuit is......This is the most gorgeous pink colour ever and apparently it's got lace at the back. I saw an orange version of this when I was in the shop at the time I was buying my jacket and it had an amazing black lace panel on the back so I can only imagine how gorgeous it looks on this one. I can't remember how much this is but I seem to remember it was something like £50.
  3. Heart Necklace - A cute little heart necklace just to add to the look of the outfit. I'm a bit obsessed with hearts at the moment so thought this would look nice :)
  4. Bag - Every girl needs to update their bag every so often so this plain black bag was perfect for this look I thought. I always have to go for a bag that's got a long strap as I get bored carrying it by the handles although this would look really nice carrying it on the wrist if that makes sense?
  5. Ankle Boots - I am in love with these!! They are the perfect ankle boots I've ever seen! They're quite expensive, something like £80-£90 I think, but they look very good quality and would probably last a long time. The heel isn't too high so my feet wouldn't get sore (I am terrible in heels) and just the overall detailing is amazing! I love how they have cut outs beside the buckles and I loooooove the gold trimming on the heel!
  6. Sunglasses - I also have a bit of an obsession for sunglasses so thought why the hell not throw in a pair to finish off the look. I love big sunglasses as I like to pretend I'm a Kardashian hahaha!
Hope you enjoyed. Have you read my Essie nail polish wish list? xoxo

Magazine Bargain Of The Month #2

Hey everyone, hope you're all having a good week so far! I most certainly am as I am off work today and off to see the amazing Diversity tonight in Glasgow woohoo!! Anyway that's not what this post is about! I have decided to do a "Magazine Bargain Of The Month" post every month as I think these are so fun to do and everyone loves getting a bargain don't you? So if you haven't seen my last post about the bargains I got in last months then you can click here if you'd like to see that. So what I'll be doing is looking at the magazines every month to see what beauty products you can get for cheap prices!

This months is the January edition which is weird cause I didn't know magazines do a month in advance? So this is the Cosmopolitan magazine with the lovely Ellie Golden on the front page and this month you actually get the same nail polish you could've got in the December edition so I'm quite chuffed as I put it back last time and got Glamour magazine instead. For a full size Orly nail polish it retails at about £10.00 which is so expensive in my opinion but this a mini sized one which costs normally about £5.00 and the magazine cost me £3.60. It's called "Hair Band" which is a gorgeous gold glitter which is perfect for the Christmas period! There's 4 colours to choose from but I liked this one the most!

What do you think about me doing these posts? Do you like seeing what's on offer every month in magazines? Let me know :) xoxo

Magazine Freebie #1

Guys! I can't believe the bargain I got today!! I was just browsing the magazines in Tesco today as I seen a post on someones blog ( I can't remember who it was :( ) that you were getting a free Orly nail polish with the magazine so I went to see if I could find it which I did and had it in my hand ready to buy. As I went to walk away I caught an amazing bargain at the side of my eye which made me put down the orginal magazine I was gonna buy and picked this one up right away. With Glamour magazine you are receiving a Nails Inc nail polish - the Kate Spade New York collection - full size may I add for £2!!!! There are 4 colours to choose from. Me being the nail polish addict that I am picked up all 4 colours. I just couldn't resist a bargain like this! They retail for normally £11 which I think is a ridiculous price for a nail polish but I love the Nails Inc nail polish so couldn't resist these!
