Magazine Freebie #5

First of all I want to thank every single one of you who follow and read my blog. I received an e-mail last night from bloglovin saying it had reached 700 followers! That is crazy!
Anyways....this post is one of my faves to do and sorry it's a bit late this month! Every month I run to the magazine aisle in the supermarket to see what freebies are in the magazines! This months was a good one!
This is the October edition of Cosmopolitan magazine with Rochelle from The Saturdays on the front and inside you receive a mini ORLY nail polish free! The magazine itself wasn't on offer this time so was £3.80 but I didn't mind about that because for a really good nail polish that's great!
There is 4 colours to grab but this one was my fave. It's a bright neon pink and is called "Passion Fruit". I haven't tried this on my nails yet but cannot wait to!

Have you found any good bargains recently free with magazines? Let me know in the comments :) xoxo

Primark Nail Polish Twist Pot Review

Hi guys! Oops...it's been almost 2 weeks since I last wrote a blog post, I'm sorry!! I've just been so busy with moving cities and with starting a new job it's just been a bit cray cray at the moment but I'm now trying to get back on track with my blog :)
So to start off this week I'm gonna do a quick review on Primark's new nail polish twist pot from their new P.S Love range. I've seen a few people doing reviews on the same product but by different brands and was intrigued by it right away although they are quite pricey and I didn't want  to spend a lot on something I wasn't sure was going to work so that's why I grabbed this one when I came across it as it was only £1.00 and it's actually really good! So what is it? Well it's a little pot that has a sponge inside it which has nail polish remover soaked into it. All you do is put a nail in one at a time and twist the pot so that the sponge rubs against the nail and removes the polish. This is good if you have time to sit and do this but if you are in a hurry, then I would still just use a cotton pad and some nail polish remover from a bottle but for £1.00 I can't complain! I will definitely be buying this again though!

Pros:
  • Cheap
  • Easy to use
  • Does what it says.
Cons:
  • Takes a while to remove the polish
  • Can spill if not careful ( I thought the sponge soaks it all up completely....maybe I'm just being really picky :P)

Nails Inc. Lucky Dip!

I am super dooper excited to share with you lovely people my absolute BARGAIN I found!! So as you all know I am a nail polish addict and I just can't get enough of buying more. In the UK we have a website called Wowcher which is the same as Groupon where you get sent all these different kind of deals that are on at the time. I woke up to one from Wowcher with this AMAZING deal for Nails Inc. The deal was buy a lucky dip of 7 nail polishes for £19.99, 10 for £24.99 or 15 for £29.00. These nail polishes are normall £11.00 each which you know that I would never ever ever buy a nail polish at that price! So I could not pass up the chance on this amazing-ness. I was originally gonna go for the 10 for £24.99 but then thought "for an extra £4.00 you can get another 5!!!" so I thought screw it lets go for it! For £29.00 I got...wait for it.....£165.00 worth of nail polishes which means I saved £131.00! That is cray-zeeeee. Postage was £3.95 which I didn't mind paying and the order didn't take long to come at all!

The package was wrapped in lovely Nails Inc. paper and came with a free Kinder Bueno nom! I also put a little message in for myself saying "Happy Birthday to me!" since it's my birthday next week and wanted to treat myself haha! They each came individually wrapped in bubble wrap which was nice of them to do.

From left to right we have:
  • Seven Dials
  • Holland Park Gardens
  • Boltons Place
  • Hampstead Gardens
  • Little Chester Street
  • Leonard Street
  • St. John's Wood
  • St Mark's Square
  • Hyde Park Crescent
  • Kensington Mall
  • Wardour Street
  • Bruton Mews
  • Notting Hill Carnival (my fave out of them)
  • Langham Place
  • New Cavendish Street
I'm thinking of doing a separate post of swatches of them all as I don't want this one to be so long and full of pictures, don't want to bore you y'know? If you'd like to see me do swatches of them then please feel free to let me know in the comments. Have any caught your eye?

Cheap Gift Sets

Hey! As some of you may know, I said I was going to do a "Magazine Bargain Of The Month" post every month to see what freebies I could find. Sadly this month no magazines have any! Well....that's from the magazines that Tesco sell anyway. So instead, I am going to this post on other bargains that I found at Tesco! These were all gift sets that were available at Christmas time and now they have all been reduced to mega cheap prices!

Frill Top Socks

Hello! Just a quick post on these amazing cute little socks I found in Internacionale yesterday. These were on 3 for £6 or they're £2.99 each. I went for all 3 as I couldn't resist the colours of them and for £6 that's quite good! From left to right we've got Mint, Coral and Lavender. If I had to choose a favourite pair out of the 3 it would be the Coral ones as that's my favourite colour. These socks are just so cute and will look great with a pair of boots and even if you can't see the colour of the socks at least you'll be able to see the cute frilly bit at the top just peeking over your boots. What do you think of these socks? xoxo

Bodycon Style

Just bought this dress from www.missguided.co.uk in the sale for £20.99. I've never bought a bodycon dress so I bought it in a size up as I don't want every lump and bump to be on show. I went for it in black as black is so slimming and I love the cut out detail just above the stomach. I really hope this dress will look amazing on me just like it looks amazing on this model.
